ABOUT US
Bethel Gambia was started in the year 2000 by two Missionaries (Rev. Patrick S. Taylor and his wife Jamsetta) sent from Sierra Leone. Rev. Taylor went to the nation of Gambia with a passion and vision to make a difference in that muslim dominated nation. His commitment to the vision and dynamism made it possible for him with the help of the Holy Spirit to breakthrough the strongholds of Islam and was able to pioneer and establish a vibrant church that is not only reaching the foreigners, but the Gambians as well. Rev. Taylor and his wife laboured relentlessly with a minimum support in the formative stage of the work. Their demonstration of a true missionary spirit yielded for them much fruit and success and today the work has grown so rapidly.
